Staying with a French family |

• Are most homestays within walking distance of school? If no, how long of bus ride and what is the cost?

Families are located in the city center or in suburbs served by the urban transportation network (streetcar or buses). They can be reached within 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes by tram or bus. |
• Are there other students living with same family? How many?
|
Most frequently, there is only one student in a family, but some families accept to have two students. In this case, we try to place students who have not the same mothertongue, so that they can try and practice French together during their stay. |
• When should the student arrive to and depart from the host family ?
|
Students can arrive on Saturdays or Sundays before the course begin. They can also leave on Saturdays or Sundays. |
• If I am staying with a family, can I do my washing there?
|
Our host families allow students to do their washing there once a week. Automatic launderettes are also available for any additional requirements. |
