Speedlingua is a software that focuses on listening, the perception of sounds and pronunciation in the selected foreign language.
Objective
It allows you to listen carefully to a foreign language and, through specific training, to bring your pronunciation to a level as close as possible to that of a native speaker.
Technical approach
This is possible thanks to Speedlingua’s exclusive technology, which is the result of important research on the sound frequencies of foreign languages. This software allows the transformation of the intonation and pronunciation through real-time modification of vocal output. To achieve this, Speedlingua has developed a specific frequential analysis which compares your own frequencies with those of the target language. The software then accentuates or reduces certain frequencies, a process that allows you to perceive the sounds and frequencies that your ear is not accustomed to hearing. During the pronunciation phase, your voice is captured by the microphone and undergoes a real-time transformation which increases or reduces the intensity of the different frequencies contained in that signal in comparison with the pre-recorded model signal. This process leads you to subconsciously and spontaneously alter your own vocal output.
