Parents may authorize their child to go out in the evening; no changes to curfew times will be accepted after arrival. - If cancellation occurs within 15 days before the course starts, the deposit and registration fee are retained, including in the case of visa refusal.<\/li>\n
- If you do not attend on the first day of the course, the full course fee is due and no refund will be made.<\/li>\n
- Once the course has started, the full fee is due. No refunds will be made after the course begins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
For accommodation booked through CIEL Strasbourg:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- If cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the course starts, the accommodation fee is fully refunded (excluding the \u20ac25 placement fee) via bank transfer.<\/li>\n
- If cancellation occurs within 15 days before the course starts, cancellation fees apply:\n
\n- 1 week of accommodation for stays of 1\u20132 weeks (+ placement fee)<\/li>\n

For any accommodation changes during the stay, a \u20ac50 fee will be charged.If you are absent during part of your stay, the full accommodation fee remains due for the originally planned duration.<\/p>\n
Course postponement by CIEL Strasbourg<\/strong>
\nCIEL Strasbourg reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course, particularly due to insufficient participants, excessive level disparity, or force majeure.
\nClients will be informed as soon as possible. In case of postponement or cancellation, paid registration fees will be refunded or credited toward another course offered by CIEL Strasbourg, at its discretion.<\/p>\nModification \/ Adaptation<\/strong>
\nCIEL Strasbourg reserves the right to adapt or modify the content, schedule, and resources used, while respecting the educational objectives.
