Staying with a French family will help you to get the most from your stay in France. You will be sharing the life and meals of French people, while at the same time being fully immersed in French language and culture.

Private hostel
The private hostel offers a certain degree of independence in addition to contact with the young French people living there. Please note however that the private hostel is very much in demand and very few places are available. During the year, the private hostel is only available to females while during the summer it is available to both males and females.

University halls of residence
The university halls of residence offer an economical source of accommodation during the summer (July and August). This will also enable you to live in a young and friendly atmosphere with students of all nationalities. On each floor, the kitchen area, the showers and toilets are shared.

Apartment hotels
Apartment hotels offer furnished studio apartments to rent on a nightly or weekly basis, with a fully equipped kitchen area (including crockery, a fridge, a microwave oven and dish washer), a bathroom and separate WC, a telephone and television. Preferential prices are available for those studying at the CIEL
