GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

Age limit: At least 18 years of age (unless agreed otherwise by the training centre). A minor may not be accepted onto a course unless their parents give consent prior to the start of the course in question. Their consent will be given on an informal basis, for instance by telephone, and subsequently formalised when they sign the corresponding consent form.
Data collection: the data collected on the forms completed in the context of the “French as a Foreign Language” (FLE) course are transferred to the Ypareo software (internal management and monitoring software). These data may be used for marketing purposes, not least for customer or prospective customer management activities (orders, invoicing, etc.).

Insurance: our students are required to take out an individual insurance policy to cover any risks associated with their travel and stay (accident, sickness, theft, civil liability, etc.).

Prices: Our prices do not include VAT. They cover teaching costs, the availability of special equipment, textbooks and the working materials distributed or made available to students. NB: any hours missed on account of national holidays are not made up or refunded.

Enrolment:
The enrolment process is not complete until the completed, dated and signed enrolment form is submitted alongside a payment under the following conditions:

  • Morning/Afternoon Course and Summer Course – General Language: full payment of the 1st course at time of enrolment and balance at start of course.
  • Evening Course: payment of 50% at time of enrolment and 50% at start of course.
  • other courses: payment in full at time of enrolment
  • for packages and long-stay options: non-refundable payment in full at time of enrolment.

Withdrawal: if a student wishes to withdraw from the course, he/she is required to provide written notification:

  • if the withdrawal is notified more than 15 days before the start of the course, the amount paid will be refunded in full to the account indicated by the student
  • if it is notified within 15 days of the start of the course, the amount of the advance payment will be retained.

If the withdrawal takes place after the course has already started, for any reason whatsoever, the student or company continues to be liable for the full payment of the course.
If the training centre cancels or reschedules a course (e.g. low enrolment numbers), it will duly inform the company or individual in question. The company or individual in question may choose either to have their enrolment fees refunded or set aside to pay for another course.
Individuals subject to visa requirements (certificate issued by CIEL for the purposes of obtaining a visa): withdrawal is accepted in the event that the visa is not granted and provided that notice is given within 15 days of the start of the course. After the course has begun, the specified dates may not be changed and there will be no refunds given.

Payment methods: you can pay in cash, by cheque denominated in EUR or bank card (Visa or Eurocard-Mastercard) by indicating the card number, expiry date and the last three digits of the number on the back of your card (next to the signature) below. If you choose to pay by bank card, the first payment, as defined above, will be debited automatically upon receipt of the enrolment form. The balance will be debited at the start of the course, unless you instruct us otherwise.
You can also pay by arranging a bank transfer, in Euros, into our account. The relevant details are specified below. In this case, please send us a legible photocopy of the transfer order. You should note that any bank charges on transfers or cheques are payable by the customer.

Course certificate: an individual course certificate specifying the title of the course and its start and end dates is issued at the end of the course. You may also ask for the number of course hours and/or level attained (CEFR) to be included.

Rescheduling courses:
CCI CAMPUS reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course in the event of low enrolment numbers in a case of force majeure. The students or company in question will be promptly notified. If a course is rescheduled or cancelled, the previously paid enrolment fees will either be refunded without cost or set aside to pay for enrolment onto the same course or any other inter-company course offered by the training centre.

Disputes: all enrolments are subject to the training centre’s general terms of enrolment which prevail over all other provisions, unless otherwise agreed by the training centre. Any dispute will be referred to the corresponding Court of Strasbourg.
